why we love it
Boulangerie, grocer, and brunch restaurant rolled into one, with the bakery hidden behind the dining room. While there's a restaurant, the real draw is the bakery. Bakers arrive at midnight to prepare an artisanal daily selection, 72-hour fermented sourdough, croissants, pain au chocolat, fruit tarts, and Parisian pastries, all fresh by morning. Ideal for stocking up on breads, pastries, and sandwiches for breakfast or lunch with friends.

Topping Rose House
Topping Rose House is a beautifully restored nineteenth-century Greek revival inn at the end of Bridgehampton town, one of the few hotels in the area that operates year-round. Beyond the rooms, there's a pool, gym, Naturopathica spa, and an on-site Jean-Georges restaurant worth visiting whether you're a guest or not. The hotel also hosts seasonal workout residencies, Isaac Boots has been among the trainers who've led programs here. It's a full-service hotel for anyone who needs Manhattan amenities without leaving the Hamptons.

Jean-Georges at Topping Rose House
Jean-Georges Vongerichten's restaurant at Topping Rose House serves seasonal, farm-to-table cooking sourced from local farms and fishermen. Expect the signature dishes, crispy rice with salmon, steamed artichokes, kale salad, alongside seasonal offerings. Open year-round for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with a weekend brunch that's casual but elevated, and easy for the whole family.

The Restaurant at The Bridgehampton Inn
From the team behind Loaves and Fishes comes a restaurant built on the same principles: an ever-changing menu that blends modern French and European influences with genuine farm-to-table cooking. It prioritizes relationships with local farmers and suppliers who share their commitment to transparency and organic practices. Open year-round, it's a local favorite, approachable and unpretentious, the kind of place where the food speaks for itself.

Pierre’s To Go
An elegant yet casual market with European and French influences, Pierre's To Go is your stop for prepared foods and fresh provisions. Organic produce, yogurts, smoothies, Illy coffee, croissants, sandwiches, and salads made fresh daily. Homemade ice cream, pastries, cookies, and soups round out the selection. Perfect for a beach picnic or an easy meal at home.

Round Swamp Farm Bridgehampton
Round Swamp's Bridgehampton outpost, tucked in the parking lot behind The Candy Kitchen, is the rare place where the hype is actually warranted. This family-run market, nine generations deep, sells their own produce, fresh fish, and scratch-made baked goods and deli items. Everyone comes for the chicken salad, pizzas, Lisa's Brownies, and pies. Lines stretch all day Friday and Saturday until they sell out.

Fairview Farm at Mecox
One of the more low-key farm stands in the Hamptons, but it's just as good as the rest. Their famous challah and pies come in every combination imaginable, blueberry rhubarb, four berry, peach, and they're genuinely exceptional. The potato chips made in front of you from violet potatoes you've never seen before are works of art. In the fall, the eight-acre corn maze is worth the visit alone.

L'Epicuriste
In the center of town, L'Epicuriste is the go-to spot for curated home and tabletop pieces, French cheese knives, wicker baskets, ceramic salt and pepper shakers, paired with gourmet pantry essentials like truffle-infused pasta, a special olive oil from Sicily, salt from Madagascar, and everything you need for the perfect charcuterie board. Everything is designed to elevate everyday living in the Hamptons.

Galerie Provenance
Based in Los Angeles, Galerie Provenance sources ultra-rare one-of-a-kind artifacts and midcentury design pieces from Europe for designers, private clients, and collectors. Their Bridgehampton outpost, a 1960s cottage on a quiet street, offers an intimate in-situ design experience. Visits are private, allowing each guest to see pieces styled and lived in, from Swedish ceramics to ancient Roman glass orbs and Welsh wooden bowls. It feels like a deeply curated home rather than a white-walled gallery.

John Salibello
John Salibello offers a high-end curated selection of vintage and contemporary furniture, lighting, decorative mirrors, and accessories in the heart of Bridgehampton. Renowned in the design world for sourcing beautiful, quality pieces that work in any corner of a home.

Laurin Copen Antiques
A hidden gem tucked on the side of Montauk Highway, Laurin Copen Antiques houses an eclectic collection of furniture, lighting, paintings, pottery, and smalls spanning midcentury modern, industrial, Swedish, rustic, and folk design. The eighteenth-century farmhouse is as carefully curated as the unique and beautiful pieces inside.

Bridgehampton Florist
Our favorite florist in Bridgehampton, and maybe all of the Hamptons. Owners Michael Grim and Jim Osburn have been part of the Hamptons community for over 30 years, handling everything from simple arrangements to full tablescapes, dinner parties and major events for 200 people and beyond. They also do weekly home arrangements. For anything flower-related, this is the place.

Knockout Beauty
Knockout Beauty is the only beauty shop in Bridgehampton worth knowing, stocking classic names like Augustinus Bader and Westman Atelier alongside emerging brands you need to discover. Located in the heart of town, the store is neatly curated with everything from skincare and makeup to tools and essentials.

Current Home
A go-to destination for home design enthusiasts, Current Home offers a handpicked selection of luxury accessories and tabletop accents for crafting spaces that are both beautiful and functional. New this summer: in addition to their flagship on the Upper East Side, they're opening a Bridgehampton location, where visitors will discover hand-blown glass, artisan ceramics, distinctive home décor, serving pieces, and unique gifts throughout the shop.

RELAX
Ideal for buying pajamas, intimates, and lounge-around-the-house clothing for lazy days. Everything is soft and cozy, with a wide selection of children's wear. The polka-dot sleepwear for kids is especially adorable.

Dan Flavin Art Institute
Dan Flavin was a mainstay of the Hamptons art community, and it's fitting there's a space devoted entirely to his work. This renovated firehouse, stewarded by the Dia Art Foundation, houses a permanent collection of Flavin's fluorescent light installations on the top floor and a space for rotating exhibitions on the lower floor. And admission is free.

The Formula X Meredith
The Formula is a precisely structured 60-minute, low-impact workout designed to build strength and definition without strain. Set to music and built around repetition, precision, and endurance, it works deeply into muscles in a way that feels efficient and intentional. A Hamptons staple for the past three years, it's a genuine favorite with a devoted following.

Gotham Gym
With their original location in the West Village, Gotham Gym is a straightforward, no-frills boxing and strength training establishment. The method is rooted in boxing discipline and has expanded into a full-strength and conditioning program that prioritizes performance over quick wins. Training is primarily one-on-one and highly personalized, with a focus on long-term progress. People come here to train seriously and keep coming back because it works.

NYU Langone Health-J. Ira & Nicki Harris Family Ambulatory Care
There's nothing worse than getting sick or having an emergency in a small town with few resources and limited walk-in options. In the summer, the traffic to Southampton Hospital isn't always worth it, especially when you don't need a full-blown hospital. NYU Langone's J. Ira and Nicki Harris Family Ambulatory Care Center in Bridgehampton is your place. The newly designed office features six exam rooms and on-site parking, with appointments available Monday through Saturday. Services include wellness visits, annual physicals, immunizations, and care for children from newborns to age 18. They also offer convenient same-day and walk-in options for primary care, plus treatment for common summer ailments, asthma, allergies, bug bites and sunburn, with expert care.

Naturopathica at Topping Rose House
Naturopathica is the Hamptons' staple spa, with an outpost at Topping Rose House. The spa offers facials and massage treatments powered by botanical skin and body care formulas. All services are customizable by expert estheticians and massage therapists to suit your unique skin and body care needs.

SoulCycle Bridgehampton
SoulCycle, but this is their iconic Hamptons location housed in The Barn. It has a devout summer following, the kind of place where you see the same faces all season long.

FORWARD__Space
A cult-favorite LA and New York dance-based workout has found a home at The Barn. A blend of dance, music, and conditioning into a 50-minute class that combines cardio, athletic movement, and elements of meditation. It's designed to be easy to follow, so you don’t need a dance background, but it still remains dynamic and engaging. And the music drives everything.

TREMBLE Bridgehampton
With a second location in Bridgehampton at The Barn, TREMBLE is a high-intensity, low-impact, full-body workout on Megaformers that blends the best of strength training, cardio, and Pilates-inspired movements into a single class. Note: don’t forget your grip socks, they’re required. Also, parking can get crazy at The Barn, so give yourself a few extra minutes to organize a spot.

Hamptons Hot Yoga Bridgehampton
With their second location in Bridgehampton, Hamptons Hot Yoga is ingrained in the town's daily wellness routine. Situated in the center of town, the studio offers a range of classes, Vinyasa, Power Flow, Hot26 (the Bikram method), Pilates, and Sculpt, so there's something for every mood and skill level.
