The 10% Off Your First goop Purchase promotion (the “Promotion”) is available to all eligible customers based on the following Terms and Conditions:

• Eligible customer means (1) the addressed recipient of the advertised Promotion and (2) eligible to make a purchase as defined in our Terms of Use . The Promotion is nontransferable.
• The Promotion is available online at goop.com and in goop retail stores on first-time purchases only. No price adjustments will be given for previous purchases.
• For online orders, eligible customer must be logged in to redeem the Promotion and the Promo Code must be entered on a single transaction at checkout.
• Availability of items may vary. Items in cart are not confirmed until checkout is completed. The Promotion does not apply to subscription product orders, preordered items, waitlisted items, or out-of-stock items.
• Already marked-down items are not eligible for additional savings through the Promotion. Other offers, promotions, or discounts, including employee discounts, may not be combined with the Promotion.
• The Promotion is not applicable to any jewelry, watches, bundles of goop product, or any products that are part of The Find Collection (which can be found here ). Additionally, the Promotion does not apply to products from the following brands: Augustinus Bader, Birkenstock, Bios Lamp, Caudalie, Crown Affair, Dr. Barbara Sturm, Edie Parker, Emilia Wickstead, Frame Fitness, Ga.Ma Italy Professional, Greenpan, Heretic, HigherDose, Healthyline, Humanrace, Lyma, Smeg, Tata Harper, Vestaboard, Veja, Vintner’s Daughter, What Goes Around Comes Around, Westman Atelier, ZIIP, and Zuvi (collectively, the “Exclusion List”).
• Goop, Inc. reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Promotion, including these Terms and Conditions, at any time with or without notice.
• The Promotion has no cash value.
• Void where prohibited.
