General Promotion Terms & Exclusions

Promotions are available to all eligible customers based on the following Terms and Conditions:

• Eligible customer means (1) the addressed recipient of the advertised Promotion and (2) eligible to make a purchase as defined in our Terms of Use.
• All orders must be placed, and all purchases must be completed, within the stated Promotion Period.
• No price adjustments will be given for items purchased prior to or after the stated Promotion Period or without use of the applicable Promotion Code.
• Availability of items may vary. Items in cart are not confirmed until checkout is completed.
• Promotions are nontransferable and does not apply to bulk orders, subscription product orders, preordered items, waitlisted items, or out-of-stock items.
• Already marked-down items and discounted bundles of goop product are not eligible for additional savings through Promotions.
• Other offers, promotions, or discounts, including employee discounts, may not be combined with any Promotions.
• Promotions are not applicable to the following:

• Promotions have no cash value.
