• Eligible customer means anyone eligible to make a purchase as defined in our Terms of Use.
• The Gift Offer runs from 12:01 am Pacific Time on 07/17/2026 and ends at 11:59 pm Pacific Time on 09/30/2026 (the “Offer Period”), or while supplies last. Timing is determined by Goop’s server clock.
• All orders must be placed, and all purchases must be completed, within the Offer Period. The Gift Offer is not retroactive and cannot be applied to purchases made before or after the Offer Period.
• The Gift Offer is available online only at goop.com while supplies last and is not available in stores or through any third-party retailers.
• To receive the Free Gift, you must (1) add at least one Fara Homidi compact to your cart; and (2) complete your purchase. While supplies last, the Free Gift will be added to your shipment.
• The Gift Offer is valid on any Fara Homidi compact only. All other products are expressly excluded from the Gift Offer.
• Availability of items may vary. Items in cart are not confirmed until checkout is completed.
• The Gift Offer is nontransferable, nonretroactive, and does not apply to subscription product orders, preordered items, waitlisted items, or out-of-stock items.
• The Free Gift is offered as is, while supplies last. Goop, Inc. may or may not substitute a product of equal or lesser value in the Company’s sole discretion.
• Goop Inc. reserves the right to modify or discontinue the terms of the Gift Offer including these Terms and Conditions at any time with or without notice.
• The Free Gift has no cash value.
