Marked-down sale pricing on select products (the “Sale Offer”) is available to all eligible customers based on the following Terms and Conditions:

• Eligible customer means (1) the addressed recipient of the advertised Sale Offer and (2) an individual eligible to make a purchase as defined in our Terms of Use .
• The Sale Offer is valid during the period in which marked-down pricing on select in-stock products are publicly promoted or displayed (the “Sale Offer Period”) online at goop.com and in participating retail store locations. Timing is determined by Goop’s server clock.
• The Sale Offer applies exclusively to in-stock products advertised as on sale. Eligible items are featured on the Sale page ( https://goop.com/sale/c/ ). All other products, including full-priced merchandise, are expressly excluded from the Sale Offer.
• Availability of items may vary and are available while supplies last. For online purchases, items in the cart are not guaranteed until checkout is completed. The Sale Offer is nontransferable and does not apply to bulk orders, subscription product orders, preordered items, waitlisted items, or out-of-stock products.
• No price adjustments will be honored for purchases made prior to the Sale Offer Period.
• Returns of eligible sale items are subject to our standard Return Policy . Products marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return and will be clearly labeled as such.
• Goop, Inc. reserves the right to modify or terminate the Sale Offer, including these Terms and Conditions, at any time with or without notice.
• The Sale Offer has no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash or credit.
• Void where prohibited.
