Copenhagen-based designer Sophie Bille Brahe’s strand of freshwater pearls in graduating sizes is designed to be worn with the smallest and largest orbs (two and seven millimeters, respectively) meeting in front. This makes for a simple but striking contrast, and a modern-feeling take on the classic pearl necklace. It sits just above the clavicle and is finished with a 14-karat yellow-gold clasp whose rounded shape echoes the smooth form of the pearls.
