Cerere Blouse

Done in a sheer silk chiffon, this flowy blouse has a high ruffle-trimmed neck and long, blousy sleeves that gather into elastic cuffs (also ruffle-trimmed). It comes with an extra-long neck tie that can be tied in a bow, left long and loose, or even taken off and worn as a belt. If you go the long and loose route, the slashed neck falls open into a deep V.
