This is not your average electric kettle. It has adjustable temperature control, ranging from 104°F to 212°F (with both Fahrenheit and Celsius settings), so you can heat water to the exact temperature you need. The dial on the base lets you select your ideal temperature or choose from guided presets. Once the water is heated, there’s a hold setting that will keep it hot for up to 60 minutes. There’s also a built-in stopwatch that lets you track bloom and brew times, plus an optional chime if you want an audio cue when it’s ready. You can even schedule it to heat to a certain temperature at a specific time of your choosing. But what we love most of all is that graceful gooseneck spout, which is designed for the smoothest, most precise pour. Done in a pretty rosy-pink stainless steel with walnut accents, it’s the kind of thing you won’t mind leaving out on a countertop.
