Below, there’s a voluminous skirt cut from a semisheer cotton-silk blend. The skirt falls to a full-length hem (higher in front, floor-skimming in back) and is supported by a structured crinoline lining underneath—it gives the flowy fabric a bit of body and a nice sense of movement.
