Gut Microbiome Superpowder is formulated with a clinically studied dose of probiotics, which provide everyday gut support and help alleviate occasional digestive upset. More specifically: It contains 10 billion CFUs of Lactobacillus plantarum 299v. Also included in this powerhouse formula are prebiotics (fuel for healthy bacteria in the gut), digestive enzymes (to aid in the digestion of macronutrients), L-glutamine, and aloe juice concentrate (traditionally used for its soothing effects) to keep your gut functioning optimally.* The superpowder is flavorless and easy to stir into cool beverages like water, smoothies, or iced coffees. You can have it any time of day, preferably with food, but as with any supplement, taking it regularly is key.
