This post-workout recovery bath soak infused with apple cider vinegar and turmeric helps soothe a tired, overstretched, or overworked body and helps it rebound more easily after intense exercise. Made with pharmaceutical-grade Epsom salts, Celtic sea salt, ginger, and an aromatic blend of wild-crafted frankincense, rosemary, lavender, and wintergreen, it feels and smells incredible.
Add one cup (one third of the bag) to warm running water and soak for a minimum of twenty minutes to let the ingredients work their magic. Be sure to drink water before, during, and after the bath, and when you’re done, rinse, towel-dry, wrap yourself in the coziest, fluffiest towel or robe, and…feel better.
Caution: Hot or warm baths should not be used by people with certain medical conditions (including those who are pregnant or breastfeeding), except on the advice of a physician. Keep out of reach of children.
