    By nurturing his passion for Southeast Asian cuisine, award-winning Chef Bryant Ng was instrumental in bringing authentic flavors to Los Angeles with his first restaurant, The Spice Table, garnering accolades as a Food & Wine “Best New Chef 2012” and Los Angeles magazine’s “Chef of the Year” in 2013. In 2015, along with his wife Kim, Bryant partnered with friends and restaurateurs Josh Loeb and Zoe Nathan to open Cassia in downtown Santa Monica, a warm and unpretentious restaurant that combines the energy of a French brasserie with the fresh, vibrant flavors of Southeast Asia.
