Top Chef alum Brooke Williamson ran the Redondo Beach gastro-pub Hudson House for just over six years before starting her second restaurant, Playa Provisions, in Playa del Rey with her husband Nick Roberts. Now, Williamson & Roberts are expanding their collection to include a culinary-focused retail store called Tripli-Kit, specializing in cookbooks, kitchen gadgets & other culinary essentials.
