It has densely packed vegan bristles that are soft on skin but firm enough to pick up and hold the right amount of product, delivering it exactly where you want it (and nowhere else). It comes with a cap to keeps the bristles protected in your makeup bag or purse. And when in use, the cap fits on the end of the sleek black handle to elongate it.
