Charcoal Oil Pulling Kit

This kit makes it easy to incorporate the Ayurvedic practices of oil pulling and tongue scraping into your oral-care routine: You get the Brilliant Black Oil Pulling, a blend of MCT and coconut oils, peppermint, vitamin E, and activated charcoal that’s designed to help whiten teeth, clean your mouth, and support gum health. After brushing, drag the tongue scraper gently along your tongue, moving it from the back of your mouth toward the front. When you’re done, swish about one teaspoon of oil around your mouth for two to five minutes, then spit it out.
