Noor Dress

This elegant, party-ready dress is made from cream-colored tulle embroidered with shimmering tonal paillettes and layered over a long chiffon lining that peeks out from the hem. It’s sleeveless and has a high cowl neck that fastens at the back with a slim keyhole below. The straight silhouette falls to a midlength hem, and there’s a center slit in back.
