This kit contains everything you need to make pillowy-soft tortillas at home: the artisan-made Doña Rosa Tortilla Press and two bags of Masienda’s masa harina (blue and white corn). Simply combine one cup of the masa harina and one cup of water, press, and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. It’s easy to customize the thickness thanks to how the press is calibrated—which also means it’s prime for making smashburgers, dumpling wrappers, and more.
