  • Eligible customer means (1) the addressed recipient of the advertised Promotion and (2) eligible to make a purchase as defined in our Terms of Use.
  • The Promotion begins at 12:01 am Pacific Time on 05/12/26 and ends at 04:59 pm Pacific Time on 05/14/26 (the “Promotion Period”). Timing is determined by Goop’s server clock.
  • All orders must be placed, and all purchases must be completed, within the Promotion Period. No price adjustments will be given for items purchased prior to or after the Promotion Period.
  • The Promotion is available online only at goop.com and is not valid in retail store locations.
  • The Promotion applies exclusively to select in-stock products featured in the VVIP Early Access: Spring Markdowns collection, while supplies last. All other products are expressly excluded from the promotion.
  • To redeem the Promotion, you must (1) be logged in to your goop.com account; and (2) be a member of goop’s VVIP customer segment list; and (3) add at least one applicable item from the VVIP Early Access: Spring Markdowns collection to your cart. If all three requirements are met, the Promotion will be automatically applied to eligible items at checkout.
  • The Promotion is limited to one use per transaction and may be redeemed more than once.
  • Availability of items may vary. Items in cart are not confirmed until checkout is completed.
  • The Promotion is nontransferable and does not apply subscription product orders, preordered items, waitlisted items, or out-of-stock items.
  • Other offers, promotions, or discounts, including employee discounts, may not be combined with the Promotion.
