FireLight Infrared Sauna

This genius infrared sauna uses a proprietary technology that delivers near-infrared, red light, and radiant heat therapy at lower temperatures to support healing and recovery. The heating panel has four bulbs (or seven if you choose the SuperSauna) and three adjustable intensity levels, so you can tailor each session to your preferences. It’s also easy to set up and dismantle yourself, fitting into tighter spaces than a traditional sauna might. You can install it on any indoor flooring, too: The heat generated from the sauna doesn’t heat up surroundings outside the enclosure to any significant degree. Just make sure you place it somewhere controlled for humidity (that means a garage, enclosed porch, or other space subject to outdoor humidity is off-limits).
