Valerie Aikman Smith is a chef, food stylist, culinary producer, and cookbook author based in Los Angeles. She first cooked at the innovative Greens restaurant in San Francisco alongside Annie Somerville and then worked at the legendary Alice Waters Berkeley eatery, Chez Panisse.
