Juliet de Baubigny joined Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers in 2001 as one of Silicon Valley’s first venture capital partners focused on leveraging the firm’s broad network and deep relationships to help entrepreneurs recruit the best talent and build iconic companies. de Baubigny is sought after by entrepreneurs for her expansive global network and strategic guidance in the areas of human capital strategy including executive leadership, talent, recruiting, compensation, corporate governance and team building.
Throughout her career, de Baubigny has contributed to building high-performance management teams at companies including Google, Amazon, DocuSign, Bloom Energy, Shazam, Chegg and One Kings Lane. At KPCB, she has led the development of several key initiatives including Kleiner Perkins Women Leaders (KPWL), an initiative aimed at mentoring and developing the next generation of female entrepreneurs, and the KPCB Fellows Program, a program that brings the most talented engineering, design, and product management students into KPCB portfolio companies.
de Baubigny earned her bachelor’s degree in business from Newcastle Business School at Northumbria University in the United Kingdom.
