Joni Brosnan is the founder, owner, and head chef at Joni's Kitchen in Montauk, New York. Brosnan debuted her quaint take-out or grab-a-picnic-table "kitchen" south of Main Street, within walking distance to the beach and to Montauk village. Instantly notable, Joni's became a foodie's hidden gem, frequented by artists, writers, celebrities and the surfer set.
