It has a swingy, A-line shape, with a hem that hits right at the hip. To make the most of the silhouette, it’s done in a light cotton that has some body to it. The sleeves—they hit just past the elbow—are cut slimmer, to balance that volume. And that cute rope tie at the neck gives you options: You can cinch it snugly for a crewneck-and-keyhole situation or loosen it up to let the slash neck hang open.
