Crafted in Italy from structured cotton poplin, this navy skirt pairs well with T-shirts, tanks, and bodysuits of all sorts. It sits high on the waist and gently flares out to a midlength hem. We added gathering and ties at the sides, which gives a similar look to a paper-bag waist but without all the extra fabric in front and back. The result? Adorably feminine (and very flattering).
