why we love it

Blacklane is a global, high-quality chauffeur service available in over 500 cities across more than 60 countries—and they offer a seasonal route from NYC to the Hamptons. Requiring advanced reservations, the service provides a comfortable space to work or reset, so you arrive feeling your best. Choose from three pre-booked vehicle classes: First Class (think Mercedes S-Class, BMW 7 Series, or Audi A8); Business Class (Mercedes E-Class, BMW 5 Series, Audi A6, or similar); and Business Van/SUV (Mercedes V-Class, Chevy Suburban, Cadillac Escalade, or Toyota Alphard). And pricing varies with the class you choose.

There's no transportation more iconic to the Hamptons than the Jitney. In operation since 1974, the bright green coaches have become a true rite of passage—everyone who's spent time out east has taken one at some point. Departing daily from convenient Manhattan locations and stopping in every major Hamptons town from Southampton to Montauk, the Jitney is comfortable, reliable, and refreshingly unfussy. More of a business class experience on the road with extra legroom, fewer passengers, complimentary refreshments, and a quieter ride. Yacht Kelpie

Yacht Kelpie

How to Book: Email: crew@yachtkelpie.com

Yacht Kelpie is a 78.8-foot traditional gaff-rigged schooner—once employed by the U.S. Coast Guard to hunt German U-boats during WWII—and quite possibly the most beautiful sailboat we've ever stepped aboard. Lunch can be catered on board (a sushi spread from Sen, if you so choose) or arranged at the waterside spot of your choice (Duryea's, Sunset Beach, take your pick). They also offer the Sea-Tox Sail: a curated wellness experience anchored by a sound bath and a chef-driven menu of light, mineral- and nutrient-rich coastal fare.

Yacht Hampton
