This smartly designed, fully tricked-out electric kettle doesn’t just heat water fast and pour easily (thanks to the wide spout). It’s also outfitted with precise temperature control, so you can adjust the heat of your water for teas, tisanes, pour-over, what have you: Use the dial on the base to choose your ideal temperature, or choose from guided presets—it does the rest. Once the water is heated, there’s a hold setting that will keep it hot for up to 60 minutes. There’s also a built-in stopwatch that lets you track bloom and brew times, plus an optional chime if you want an audio cue when it’s ready. You can even schedule it to heat to a certain temperature at a specific time of your choosing.
