Crinoline Double-Layer Dress

Made from a luxurious cotton-silk blend, this drop-waist dress is a study in contrast: Up top, there’s a soft scoopneck jersey tank that skims the body just so. Below, there’s a voluminous skirt cut from a semisheer cotton-silk blend. The skirt falls to a full-length hem (higher in front, floor-skimming in back) and is supported by a structured crinoline lining underneath—it gives the flowy fabric a bit of body and a nice sense of movement.
