The 15% Off Your Purchase on goop.com and in stores, promotion (the “Promotion”) is available to all eligible customers based on the following Terms and Conditions:
• Eligible customer means (1) the addressed recipient of the advertised Promotion and (2) eligible to make a purchase as defined in our Terms of Use. The Promotion is nontransferable.
• The Promotion runs from 12:01 a.m. PT on 09/11/2024 until 11:59 p.m. PT on 11/15/2024 (“Offer Period”). Timing is determined by goop’s server clock.
• The Promotion is available online at goop.com and in retail locations with promotion code CATALOG15 (the “Promo Code”). Promo Code must be entered on a single transaction at checkout. All orders must be placed, and all purchases must be completed, within the Promotion Period.
• No price adjustments will be given for items purchased prior to or after the Promotion Period or for faliure to enter the Promo Code.
• Availability of items may vary. Items in cart are not confirmed until checkout is completed. The Promotion does not apply to bulk orders, subscription product orders, preordered items, waitlisted items, or out-of-stock items.
• Already marked-down items are not eligible for additional savings through the Promotion. Other offers, promotions, or discounts, including employee discounts, may not be combined with the Promotion.
• Promotion is not applicable to: any jewelry or watches, goop Bundles, as well as any products from the following brands: Augustinus Bader, Birkenstock, Bios Lamp, Caudalie, Crown Affair, Dr. Barbara Sturm, Edie Parker, Emilia Wickstead x goop, Frame Fitness, Ga.Ma Italy Professional, Greenpan, Heretic, HigherDose, Humanrace, Lyma, Master & Dynamic, Oura Ring, Smeg, Tata Harper, Veja, Vintner’s Daughter, What Goes Around Comes Around, Westman Atelier, ZIIP, and Zuvi (collectively, the “Exclusion List”).
• Goop, Inc. reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Promotion, including these Terms and Conditions, at any time with or without notice.
• The Promotion has no cash value.
• Void where prohibited.
