The Play Mat Plus

Bala made a workout mat that's somehow functional, comfortable, and effortlessly cool all at once. We love how thick it is—eight millimeters, twice as thick as a standard mat—which provides ample cushion for all kinds of movement. (You’ll notice the difference when you’re on your back or all fours.) The material is plenty grippy to keep you stable in downward-facing dog, and it’s moisture-wicking, too.
