Andy Ricker is a chef and restauranteur known for his restaurants and cookbooks specializing in Thai cuisine. In 2011, he received the James Beard Foundation Award for Best Northwest Chef for his restaurant Pok Pok. Pok Pok in New York City was awarded a star in the 2015 Michelin guide.
