2½ cups shredded green cabbage
2½ cups shredded red cabbage
2 cups grated carrot
1 cup roughly chopped cilantro
1 bunch scallions, thinly sliced
½ cup rice vinegar
2 teaspoons sesame oil
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon Aleppo pepper flakes
1. Toss all the ingredients together in a large bowl. Garnish with extra sesame seeds, if desired.
