
Kale and Coconut Smoothie
Mango, banana, and coconut water make this healthy kale-infused smoothie go down easy.
1 large handful curly kale, cleaned and deveined
7 or so raw almonds
1 cup frozen mango
½ frozen banana
1½ cups coconut water
1. Combine all ingredients in a powerful blender.
2. Blend 1 minute, or until smooth.
