GP’s Morning “Smoothie”

goop
Gwyneth drinks this smoothie every morning, whether or not she’s detoxing. Choose your Moon Juice moon dust depending on what the day ahead holds…brain before a long day at the office, sex dust before a date, etc.

1. Combine all smoothie ingredients in a blender and blitz to combine.

Moon Juice Vanilla Mushroom Adaptogenic Protein

goop, $50

This blend of adaptogenic superherbs, ashwagandha, biofermented brown-rice protein, powerful cordyceps and reishi extract, and a smooth, delicious vanilla protein blends well with practically any recipe you might want to throw it into.

Moon Juice Maca

goop, $34

Harvested in the Peruvian mountains, this caramel-ish raw maca powder is great mixed into smoothies, coffee, or tea.

Sun Potion Ashwagandha

goop, $36

Ashwagandha is Ayurveda’s hero herb for a reason. You can think of it as body wisdom in a jar. Over time, this adaptogen subtly guides your body into a more harmonized response to life’s little stressors.

Sun Potion He Shou Wu

goop, $55

Taken in small doses like in GP’s morning smoothie, He Shou Wu (also known as Fo-Ti) is a versatile herb for promoting overall health, especially as we age. Consult your doctor before use if you have or have had liver problems, frequently use alcoholic beverages, or are taking any medication.

Sun Potion Cordyceps

goop, $50

Cordyceps is an adaptogen traditionally used to reinforce immunity and boost libido—for everyone, but especially for men.

Moon Juice Full Moon Dust Box

goop, $35

Add these botanical blends to your daily routine.

CAP Beauty The Pink Mountain Salt

goop, $22

This Himalayan pink salt will amp up the flavor of whatever you’re cooking—and it has a greater number of minerals than regular salt (the color is evidence). And: We think CAP Beauty’s pink mountain salt looks especially pretty sprinkled over chocolate desserts.
