Bio
Khushbu Shah is the author of the critically acclaimed cookbook, AMRIKAN: 125 Recipes From the Indian American Diaspora. She is a Contributing Editor at Food & Wine, where she was formerly the Restaurant Editor. As the youngest and only person of color to ever hold the title, she spent four years traveling the country, putting together their annual list of the Best New Chefs in America. She also writes a best-selling Substack newsletter called Tap Is Fine! that is read across 66 countries and covers the business of eating.
