In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the ear is considered to be a microcosm of the body, with hundreds of acupressure points supporting the body and mind. Ear seeds are one way of stimulating these points. This kit comes with a map to ten commonly used acupressure points. Use the specialized tweezers to gently place the 24-karat gold-plated seeds on the ear according to your own wellness goals. The seeds are self-adhesive and they hold in place well. Remove them after three to five days for best results. (For a little more flash, this set comes with Swarovski crystal ear seeds, too.)
