Tracy Anderson’s 30-Minute Full-Body Workout
It’s a new year, but we’re as devoted to Tracy Anderson workouts as we’ve always been. So we asked her to share a 30-minute beginner-level class from the TA Online Studio—something to sweat to today, tomorrow, and next week.
In the mat section of this workout, you can add ankle weights to increase intensity. (We like the one-pound bangles from Bala.) Other than that, all you need is to show up on the mat and follow Tracy’s cues.
