Working out has never, for us, been about just the sweat. So at our first goop League—a full-on fitness weekend in Austin—we brought out all the other things that are important to us. For example: community, tools for active recovery, tools for tapping into your mind and soul as well as your body, and—of course—pre- and post-class snacks.
