A 30-Minute No-Equipment “Bodylicious” Workout
Drea Wheeler’s classes are so fun that you almost forget how hard she’s working you. In this thirty-minute video, Wheeler combines her signature forms of high-intensity movement (Bodylicious) and restorative flow (Flowlicious). The workout begins with an upbeat, powerful routine and closes with a bridge sequence and core work. You don’t need any gadgets, but if you have a mat, blanket, or towel, roll it out for comfort. Wheeler doesn’t use her new resistance bands in this video, but we included them below because we were persuaded by one of her Instagram stories and ordered them for another time.
