Napkin rings were originally invented in the days when it was impractical to wash linens daily—to keep things orderly, each family member had their own monogrammed ring so they would know which napkin was theirs everytime they returned to the table. Today, they’re simply a lovely way to arrange linen napkins. These vintage rings, which come in packs of two, were sourced throughout the east coast—no two are alike, and we like it that way.
