Done in bright white with khaki-green suede details, this iteration of Veja’s fan-favorite Campo sneakers is prime for summer. The uppers are made of ChromeFree leather, which is tanned using an energy-efficient process that also reduces the use of water and salt. And the soles are done in responsibly sourced rubber. Pair them with jeans, cutoffs, sundresses, sweats—they’re versatile like that.
Founded by childhood friends Sébastien Kopp and François-Ghislain Morillion, Veja produces everyday sneakers with strong sustainability cred. The brand sources Amazonian rubber directly from seringueiros (rubber tappers) for its soles, practices radical transparency by publishing everything from material costs to chemical safety test reports, and spends zero dollars on advertising, redirecting those funds to things like higher compensation for laborers. The designs range from classic to retro, all with their signature “V” emblazoned on the side.
