Noelle is done in 100 percent cotton (including the supersoft lining), with a shoulder-baring gathered criss-cross bodice that’s reminiscent of a wrapped pareo—note the open back and the keyhole detail just above the navel. And yes, the madras is every bit as breathable as it looks, especially with that tiered, twirly skirt draping from the fixed, bowed waist.
