Wes Anderson’s Favorite Paris Spot

Want to eat dinner with Wes Anderson and other creative types? It might happen if you head on over to Atao, one of his favorite restaurants in Paris—the goop buddy, who also happens to be a foodie and sometimes Paris expat writes: “Atao is in the Batignolles neighborhood in the 17th arrondissement, and it’s one of the best fish restaurants in Paris. They have an oyster farm in Brittany, and make Calvados, and have all varieties of shrimp and oysters and bulots. It’s completely out of the way: A simple, neighborhood place but of the very best kind. It is genuinely a classic. Lively, but not loud, and in the summer you can eat outside.”

Sounds pretty great to us—particularly because there’s nothing better than Paris in the spring. (And speaking of Paris: Stay tuned, at long last, our Paris app is coming soon—have recommendations? Send them our way @goop with hashtag #goopparis.)
