The Kitchen Sale Using Code GETCOOKING promotion (the “Promotion”) is available to all eligible customers based on the following terms and conditions:
• Eligible customer means (1) the original recipient of the advertised Promotion and (2) eligible to make a purchase as defined in our Terms of Use.
• The Promotion runs from 12:01 a.m. ET on October 21, 2022 until 11:59 p.m. ET on November 3, 2022 (“Promotion Period”). Timing is determined by Goop’s server clock.
• The Promotion is available online at https://goop.com. To participate in the Promotion, you must (i) have and be logged into an active goop.com account and (ii) enter the code GETCOOKING at checkout to participate in the Promotion. All orders must be placed, and all purchases must be completed, within the Promotion Period.
• The Promotion applies exclusively to in-stock products featured at https://goop.com/the-kitchen-sale/c/. All other products and bundles are expressly excluded.
• Availability of items may vary. Items in cart are not confirmed until checkout is completed. The Promotion does not apply to bulk orders, subscription product orders, preordered items, waitlisted items, or out-of-stock items.
• No price adjustments will be given for items purchased prior to or after the Promotion Period or without use of the promotion code.
• Already marked-down items are not eligible for additional savings through the Promotion. Other offers, promotions, or discounts, including employee discounts, may not be combined with the Promotion.
• Goop, Inc. reserves the right to modify or discontinue the terms of the Promotion including these Terms and Conditions at any time with or without notice. The Promotion has no cash value. Void where prohibited.
