This coloring book is a tech-free tool for meditation, bringing together mindful breath, affirmation, and action through single-point concentration: coloring in a simple image. As you fill in circles, you focus your intention on a single mantra: “I am safe, and I embody this message.” As you progress through the book, the meditations get longer (as in, there are more circles to fill) and you sink deeper into the practice. We’ve found it helps relax our minds, engage our senses, and open us up to—yes—feelings of safety and security in ourselves.
