Sweetkick’s sugar reset helps support healthy sugar consumption habits. How it works: Each morning of the fourteen-day protocol, start by dissolving a packet of the Body Balance Powder in a glass of water, coffee, or tea. It’s formulated with prebiotic fiber to support a healthy gut as well as the nutrients thiamine, zinc, chromium, and vitamins B6 and B12 to support normal glucose and energy metabolism. Then, the mints: They contain Gymnema sylvestre extract, which temporarily suppresses the taste of sweetness, which may help you identify sources of sugar in your diet. (If whatever you’re eating tastes different than normal after you’ve taken a mint, it might be a significant source of sugar.) The mints may also help reduce the appeal of sugary foods, because they won’t taste sweet.
