If our twice-a-year markdowns were an Olympic sport, goop employees would be gold medalists. We plan (to shop the sale precisely at midnight). We strategize (adding our credit card information to our accounts for a speedy checkout). And in the end, we all take home trophies.

Noora Raj Brown

EVP, brand

“My clothing personality fits into two buckets: cool essentials (like this buttery leather tank and chic silk minidress from Kika Vargas, who does voluminosity so well) and joy-inducing prints that channel the Italian Riviera (even if I’m just home in California). La DoubleJ is the matriarch of vibrant patterns, and I’m obsessed with this Alemais silk shirt—so cool over jean shorts or the matching pants.”

Megan O’Neill

associate beauty director

“I burst to life as soon as it gets hot—that means spending as much time outside as possible for a girl with a sit-down job and making a beeline for effusive colors (hottest pink!), gorgeous prints (the busier, the cooler), and silky textures that look and feel airy and elegant. There is no better sensation than that of a swishy skirt fluttering at your ankles as you saunter down the street (god, do I love a matching skirt and top—instant out-to-dinner-outfit perfection). And a crisp pair of pleated shorts is as excellent for office days as it is for weekends picnicking on the grass at Brooklyn Bridge Park. The only other thing I need: glowy body oil, because dry skin just won’t do for such gems.”

Olivia Nathanson-Danilow

buying director, fashion

“I love a buy-now, wear-now piece, especially on sale. The Victoria Beckham minidress is perfect for my stacked wedding calendar this summer. The G. Label jumpsuit is great for a casual dinner in the city. The Staud top elevates any office outfit. And I will live in this Joslin playsuit at the beach. Easiest adds to cart ever.”

associate styling director

“Now that it’s sale season, I am going all in on those pieces I’ve been eyeing for months but (for whatever reason) couldn’t pull the trigger on. Like this Proenza Schouler set—totally cool-girl chic. I usually stick to neutrals, but every now and then I like to throw in a pop of color for fun. I love this lemon-yellow turtleneck for spring. It’s lightweight and looks great tucked into wide-leg pants with chunky sandals. I am going to Italy this summer with my family, and this wrap skirt is perfect for an Audrey Hepburn–in–Roman Holiday moment.”
