Set up in Nashville’s trendy Germantown neighborhood, this iteration of the Cochon Butcher is the brand’s first location outside of New Orleans. Modeled after old-school butcher shops (there‚Äôs a very impressive cold cuts case and a well-stocked bar, too), they actually cure their meats in-house. The sandwiches, which range from classics like smoked turkey and roast beef to more exotic options like Cajun pork dog and Le Pig Mac, are out of this world and totally justify the out-the-door lunch line.
