Hamptons Aristocrat
Southampton
Forget any preconceived notions you may have about food trucks: Hamptons Aristocrat's adorable whitewashed trailer is outfitted with Edison bulbs and vases overflowing with flowers. The services that business partners Lexi and Louisa (who are total experts in all things local and organic) provide here run the gamut from catering to food delivery: You can call them a few days ahead for an easy Friday night meal (a godsend after the long drive from the city), or months in advance for an elaborate wedding spread made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients.

Tate’s Bake Shop
43 N. Sea Rd., Southhampton
The story behind Tate's has become the stuff of legend: Kathleen King started baking cookies to sell at her family's farm stand when she was just eleven-years-old, opened her first bake shop at twenty, then rebranded to Tate's (her father's nickname) at forty; today, you'll find her baked goods in stores throughout the country. But the only Tate's Bake Shop is in King's hometown of Southhampton, and it is the real deal. Cookies are the obligatory purchase, but Tate's also does brownies, blondies, even gluten-free goodies. You can order cakes, too.

Tracy Anderson at The Golden Pear Café
99 Main St., Southampton
Anything Tracy Anderson does, we jump on the bandwagon. Our go-to trainer has drastically improved our lives and our health–so naturally we're excited about her latest collaboration with Golden Pear Cafe. This summer, she's curated a menu of smoothies available at all four cafe locations, including Southampton, East Hampton, Sag Harbor, and Bridgehampton. Organic, gluten and fructose-free, each blend is mixed with her patented protein powder, ideal for pre/post workout nutrition and detoxing.
