Absolute Flowers and Home
12 - 14 Clifton Road, Maida Vale
Hayley Newstead's shop is a haven for flower and design enthusiasts alike. While one half of the shop is a bustling florist overflowing with AFH's signature feminine and elegant arrangements for delivery across the city, the other is filled with Hayley's exquisite, modern and mid-century finds for the home. Whether for flowers or furniture, Hayley has the most amazing eye for home decor, making this one of our firm favorites for gifts floral and otherwise.

Bloom & Wild
In London there are post box flower delivery services popping up all the time, but Bloom & Wild is a standout. For one, both their gift service and their monthly subscription actually fits in the post box, so you don't have to be there to receive it. And then there's the fact that the seasonal arrangements you can choose from take about a minute to assemble and look great, instantly. This year, they're also doing Christmas tree deliveries for the Holidays. They deliver citywide.
Cadogan House, 239 Acton Lane
Thanks to its excellent service, Cadogan Tate is the most trusted of London's moving companies. They handle business shipments and art shipping so if you have special collections, you know they'll be well taken care of.
Chairman & Son
1 Seven Stars Corner, Notting Hill
This workshop, run by "the chairman" himself, offers custom upholstery services for pretty much anything. They have a great range of styles and sizes, and the staff is very friendly and detail-oriented.
Crumbs & Doilies
These cupcakes, of which there are 39 flavors to choose from, are truly delicious. You can find them on Thursdays at market in Covent Garden and on Saturdays along the King's Road. On any day, you can order cupcakes in literally any form you could dream of and they'll deliver. Cupcakes that look like sushi in a bento box? Sure. Cupcakes that look like vintage radios? No problem. The same goes for custom cakes and other desserts.
When Simone Gooch moved over to London from Australia last year, her reputation already preceded her, having made floral arrangements and installations for clients like Hermes, Chanel, and Louis Vuitton. Her minimal, sculptural style took off quickly here, too, and was soon seen at many an art gallery opening and fashion event. Lucky for us, she's just teamed up with the shop and garden design blog The Garden Edit to deliver her beautiful creations across London.
Since launching in 2014, the team at Flowerbx has swiftly revolutionized the flower business, delivering single variety bunches across town on a one-off or subscription basis. Not only are they bringing back the glamour of the single variety arrangement, but they've cut out the middleman and made the practice of having flowers at home that much easier (and way more affordable than what you might find at the average florist). Their market-fresh, seasonal blooms arrive prettily wrapped in brown paper, ready for you to arrange in your own containers.
