Reebok’s brand history is kind of synonymous with the 1980’s when it reigned as king of fitness and aerobics, but the company’s roots actually go back to the 1890’s when a shoemaker by the name of J.W. Foster developed what may have been the first running shoes. In 2006, Reebok became part of the larger Adidas group and has steadily been on a course to reclaim its position as groundbreaking fitness brand, reinventing classic athletic wear to feel modern and empowering.
